Who do I work with?
You will work directly with Luke Dalton, supported by one senior product designer. Luke is the founder of Exalt Studio and has led successful design projects with 30+ global clients and consulted on design work for HSBC, Cantor Fitzgerald and the FIA.
Having previously worked in-house and agency side in London, he started Exalt Studio to give startups access to top tier product design without the difficulty of a lengthy hiring process.

How much work can I expect in a month?
Embedded Design Partner is scoped around your team’s needs. We agree priorities together in weekly planning, so the work goes to what matters most on your roadmap.
How far it goes depends on the size of each piece of work. We estimate each request before starting it and flag early if priorities need to shift, so you always know what the month will cover.
Why wouldn’t I hire a full-time designer?
Recruiting a full-time senior designer with the right expertise can be time-consuming and expensive, with high salaries and benefits.
With Exalt Studio you get immediate and direct access to Luke and one senior product designer you can trust to deliver first rate work.
What is your pricing?
Our Product Design Sprint is $6,000 for one agreed workflow, typically delivered in 3–4 weeks. Embedded Design Partner starts at $7,000 per month, with support scoped around your team’s needs. Both engagements include Luke and one senior product designer. We confirm scope, availability and terms before work begins. Larger projects and frontend builds are quoted separately.
How do we communicate?
We communicate via Slack or any messaging application of your choice (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord etc...).
Do you partner with agencies?
Yes, we can partner with other digital agencies to provide support across product, web and mobile design.
Do you offer any equity-based deals?
For founders and startups we truly believe in, we are open to discussions when it comes to equity-based deals.
What about refunds and cancellations?
Cancellations before a project starts receive a full refund. Once the project has commenced, refunds will be discussed with the client personally and will be based on the work completed up to that point.
No refunds after final design approval. No refunds have ever been requested.
