Over a 4-month sprint, we designed Aerotrack’s end-to-end web platform for managing aircraft repair shop inventory. The goal was to replace cluttered spreadsheets with a clean, intuitive interface that helps technicians and managers track parts, orders, and maintenance tasks in real time. Our focus on clarity, hierarchy, and usability turned a complex operational process into a simple, high-performing product ready for scale.
